Dilyana Stoycheva

Dilyana Stoycheva has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Currently, they are the Head of Global Partnerships at Dyninno Group, a position they started in 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Community member at Diverse Leaders in Tech, powered by Techleap.nl starting in 2022. Dilyana also served as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Antler from 2023 to September 2023. Before these roles, they gained valuable experience at well-known companies like Adyen and Booking.com. At Adyen, they worked as a Program Manager Partnership Program from February 2021 to January 2023. At Booking.com, they held multiple roles including Global Senior Project Manager, Global Technical Project Manager, Global Connectivity Manager & Acting Product Owner/ Manager, and Global Commercial Coordinator Interfaces. Dilyana also has experience as a Co-founder/CMO/COO of Kode Society, a non-profit organization focused on teaching women web development. Additionally, they have worked at TomTom and SIFE Erasmus in various project and leadership roles.

Dilyana Stoycheva obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Business Administration from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University from 2007 to 2010. Dilyana then pursued a Master's degree in Strategic Management from the same university, completing it from 2010 to 2012. In 2011, they also attended Tsinghua University for a semester in the MBA program. Additionally, they have certifications including a Level 4 Certificate in TESOL from Trinity College London in 2006 and a TEFL Induction Course from EF English First in 2005.
