Tony Patron

Tony Patron has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Tony started their career as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Trimble Navigation in 1996. Tony then joined IDEO, where they held various positions including Senior Mechanical Engineer and Project Manager, Portfolio Director of Product Development, and Director of Engineering and Product Development. In 2015, Tony became a self-employed Innovation and Design Strategist, assisting clients in applying Design Thinking methodologies to drive business growth. In 2009, they co-founded EarthBaby, where they served as a Co-founder and Managing Partner until October 2020. Currently, they are working as a Managing Partner at DYPER since October 2020. Tony is a proponent of a human-centered approach to design and believes in leveraging rapid prototyping and iterative design to create innovative solutions.

Tony Patron earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) from Santa Clara University, completing their education from 1992 to 1996.
