Annabel Fitzgerald is a Lead Sustainability Specialist in Materials at Dyson since March 2023, bringing extensive experience in sustainability-focused engineering. Prior roles include Advanced Research Engineer, Research Engineer, and Associate Research Engineer at the National Composites Centre from May 2017 to March 2023. Annabel also contributed to the Younger Members' Committee at the Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining (IOM3) from May 2014 to June 2017 and gained experience as a Summer Placement Student at Invibio in 2015. Educationally, Annabel holds a PhD in the Characterisation of Novel Biodegradable Polymers and a BSc. (Hons) in Sports and Materials Science, both from the University of Birmingham.
