Hao Yi Gan

Hao Yi Gan is the Head of Strategy & Transformation at Dyson, where they drive transformative initiatives within the Global Software department, managing significant budgets and cross-company digitalization programs. With over a decade of experience across government and tech sectors, Hao has held various leadership roles, including Director of Operations and Chief of Staff at Circles, and has earned recognition as one of Singapore's Digital Leaders in 2022 by IMDA. They hold a BEng in Engineering from Imperial College London and an MSc in Management from Stanford University, and are certified in PMP, SAFe, and CSM. Hao continues to contribute to the tech ecosystem through mentorship and volunteering with various organizations, including the Project Management Institute Singapore Chapter.
