Nick Ratcliff is currently the Head of Product Delivery, building on extensive experience in digital project management and product delivery. They previously held positions such as Senior Delivery Manager and Senior Project Manager at Dyson and Positive, respectively, where they managed significant projects and strengthened client relationships. Nick has a strong background in web development, particularly with Drupal, and began their career in technical support and project management at Sift Digital and ADP Dealer Services. In addition to their professional experience, Nick took a brief travel hiatus in 2017.
