Rachel Ferguson

Rachel Ferguson is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in sustainability finance, strategic planning, and business intelligence. Currently serving as Head of Finance - Sustainability at Dyson since September 2016, Rachel has developed a robust sustainability reporting strategy to enhance transparency in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) matters. Previous roles at Dyson include Head of Finance Capabilities and Head of Business Intelligence & Analytics, where leadership focused on aligning finance operations with organizational goals and driving data-driven decision-making. Prior to Dyson, Rachel held key finance positions at Aritzia, Marks and Spencer, De Beers Diamond Jewellers, La Senza, and Price Waterhouse Coopers, where expertise in financial planning, analysis, and audit was demonstrated. Rachel holds a Fellowship from the ICAEW and a BSc in Mathematics from the University of Bath.
