Richard Halverson

Richard Halverson is an experienced professional in the fields of profit protection and national security. Halverson currently serves as a Profit Protection Business Partner at Dyson since March 2022, where responsibilities include leading investigations, audits, and trainings to enhance the global Profit Protection program in the Americas. Prior to this role, Halverson was an ORC Investigations Manager at Kroger, managing investigations and collaborating with asset protection teams to address theft and shrinkage from April 2020 to March 2022. With a long tenure at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security from 1991 to March 2020, Halverson held several significant positions, including Assistant Special Agent in Charge and Unit Chief, overseeing various national security programs and investigative efforts. Additionally, Halverson has experience as a Visiting Professor at the National Defense University, contributing to the education of international law enforcement and military leaders. Halverson holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Michigan State University.
