Shi Hui T.

Shi Hui T. is an accomplished Lead Product Experience Designer specializing in New Product Innovation at Dyson since May 2022. Previously, Shi Hui held various roles at Singtel from July 2017 to February 2022, including Experience Designer for Singtel StepUp, where Shi Hui led design initiatives and employed Agile practices and the Double Diamond design process to enhance user experiences. As a Management Associate, Shi Hui contributed as a Product Development Manager and Analytics Architect, playing a pivotal role in launching Singtel StepUp and supporting IT integration projects. Shi Hui also gained international experience as a Service Designer at Optus and honed research skills as a Design Informatics Research Intern at The University of Edinburgh. Educational background includes a Master’s degree in Advanced Design Informatics from The University of Edinburgh and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Management for Business from UCL.
