Tori Sailor currently serves as the Director of Customer Care for the Americas at Dyson, where Tori has led several initiatives in customer experience transformation since January 2020. Prior to this role, Tori held various positions at Dyson focusing on change and transformation, including Senior Program Manager and Program Manager for Back Office Transformation. Tori's career also includes experience at IBM as a Senior Consultant specializing in supply chain transformation. Earlier positions include Enterprise Application Consultant at O'Brien & Gere and Service Sourcing Intern at GE Transportation. Tori holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and Management with a minor in Project Management from Clarkson University and is currently pursuing further education at HTWG Hochschule Konstanz.
