Rajit Malhotra is the co-founder and Executive Chairman of Dyve. Rajit has 25 years of experience as an entrepreneur, investor and consultant. Rajit spent 14 years at McKinsey, predominantly in the Pharma and Biotech Practice while also serving as the Managing Partner of the Southern California Practice. Prior to McKinsey, he co-founded Shantha Biotech, an Indian biotech and vaccine company which was acquired by Sanofi in 2009 for $850M. Rajit is a Venture Partner at Peak State Ventures, a technology focused mid-stage venture fund. Rajit has undergraduate degrees from the College and the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, an MBA from the Kellogg School at Northwestern and an MPA/ID from the Kennedy School at Harvard University.
