DZConneX is part of Day & Zimmermann, a services company with a long history of managing complex projects and providing talent and expertise. Our beginnings go back to 1901, but today, we are focused on accelerating the next generation of innovation leveraging what we’ve learned in the past 80 years as part of the oldest technical services firm in the U.S. Our roots with Total Talent began with the Yoh Company in 1940 and culminate with DZConneX in 2020. We were on the forefront of managing contingent labor suppliers with one of the largest conglomerates in the world in the early 1990s. From there, through on-site management and functioning as a managed staffing provider (MSP) to some of the largest companies in the world, we added Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and management of payroll services, independent contractors and statement of work (SOW). Total Talent is in our DNA and has been since the beginning, and now we are driving future workforce strategies through Direct Sourcing, Advisory & Consulting services and creating a digital ecosystem for integrated intelligence and process. Today we leverage the resources of an enterprise that employs more than 41,000 employees annually worldwide and provides talent and expertise to some of the world’s largest companies. Our goal has always been to meet the individual needs of our clients, and we will continue to do that for many years to come.
