Marcia Hagood has a diverse and extensive work experience in the staffing industry. Marcia currently holds the position of Global Vice President, Managed Services at DZConneX, where they are responsible for P&L, Operations, and Sales for the Global MSP portfolio. Marcia has expanded the customer base and services, including RPO, Direct Sourcing, IC Vetting and Management, and SOW services, in various industries such as Media, Utilities, Pharma, Scientific, and Higher Education.

Prior to their current role, Marcia worked at Yoh for several years. Marcia served as the Sr. Director of Supplier Relations, where they developed strategies and programs to leverage suppliers and enhance the Yoh portfolio for customers. Marcia also managed supplier performance measurement processes and oversaw supplier-related bid and proposal activities. Throughout their career at Yoh, they held various positions, including Customer Program Manager, Group Operations Manager, On-Site Manager, and Sr. Staffing Specialist.

Marcia Hagood attended Winthrop University from 1991 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology.
