Elitsa Genova is a professional with experience in human resources and public relations. Currently working as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at United Bulgarian Bank and DZI Insurance, KBC Group. Prior to this, Elitsa has also worked as a Human Resources Intern at United Bulgarian Bank and as a Public Relations Intern at Dundee Precious Metals Inc. and Aurubis. Elitsa holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski, along with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
