Sonia Slavtcheva

Sonia Slavtcheva is an experienced finance and governance professional, currently serving as an Independent Non-Executive Director (INED) for DZI Insurance within KBC Group, focusing on property and casualty as well as life insurance products in Bulgaria, and as an Advisory Board Member for Zátiší Group and Mejzlik Propellers. Previously, Sonia was an INED at Pillow pojišťovna and held significant leadership roles including Group CFO and Board Member at Rohlik.cz and Home Credit, overseeing financial operations across multiple countries. With a strong background in financial management, Sonia has also contributed to the success of Allianz pojišťovna and several GE divisions, bolstered by an MBA in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh and a master's degree in Economy and Management of Transportation from Universitet za nacionalno i svetovno stopanstvo.
