Alaa Eddin Hakem is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in network and systems engineering. Currently serving as a Systems Test Engineer III, Presale Engineer, and Senior Network Engineer at DZSi since April 2013, Alaa has previously held the position of Data Network Manager at DAMAMAX Jordan from August 2009 to April 2013. Alaa's career also includes work as an IP Backbone Engineer at Orange Jordan from 2005 to 2009 and as a Transmission Engineer at Jordan Media City in 2005. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of Jordan, obtained between 2001 and 2005, and a high school diploma from Wadi Alsir Secondary School in 2001.
