Cliff Gandy

Cliff Gandy has extensive experience in the technology industry. Cliff began their career in 2004 as Implementation Director Data Apps for PlantCML. In 2006, they became Implementation Manager for Positron Inc / Intrado, and Implementation Director Deployment for IPC/ Positron. From 2010 to 2011, they were System Consultant / Resident Engineer Washington DC Office of Unified Communcation for Intergraph. Cliff then became Senior Director of Federal/ DOD Services and Solutions for InterAct Public Safety from 2011 to 2018. In 2015, they became Operations and Delivery for VESI. Cliff then moved to E-9 Corporation in 2016 as Chief Information Officer. In 2018, they became CEO and President of VetsAmerica Business Consulting, Inc. and in 2019 they became Chief Executive Officer and Vice President / CIO of Veteran Enterprise Solutions Inc. (VESI).

Cliff Gandy's education history includes a degree in Studies in Criminal Justice from Portland State University from 1996 to 1998. Cliff also has attended Wayland Baptist University. Their certifications include a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) obtained from Microsoft in April 2020, DIACAP obtained from BAI in May 2012, and IAT1 obtained from IAM1.
