Doug Walter is a seasoned Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in the consulting and engineering sectors. Currently serving at E & A Consulting Group, Inc. since 2002, Doug has previously held senior project management roles at Kirkham Michael from 1994 to 2002 and at The Spink Corporation from 1986 to 1994. Doug's career began as a Civil Engineer with the City of Council Bluffs, IA from 1984 to 1986. Doug holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Iowa State University.
