Jerome Adams

Jerome joined e&e with 7 years of recruiting and staffing experience growing and supporting engineering & operations departments within the biotechnology, aerospace, and integrated engineering sectors. He began his degree at Hampton University and graduated from Drexel University with his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering Technology.

Over several years within an agency, Jerome focused on the pharmaceutical & medical device space, helping mid-sized to global organizations expand their R&D and manufacturing capabilities. He then supported a growing biotechnology company at the University of Pennsylvania, before transitioning into the startup world. During his time there, the cell and gene therapy company successfully moved from Series B to C as well as almost doubled in size.
