Michael Lane

Michael joined e&e in 2008, bringing more than 10 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience with him. As the Director of Recruiting, Mike oversees the e&e recruiting team to ensure team goals align with client goals when recruiting candidates. Not only does Mike understand the IT industry, he also has a proven track record of successfully identifying and placing top talent in difficult-to-fill positions.

Mike is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University and holds a B.A. in Management from the Smeal College of Business.

Mike enjoys lifting weights, skiing, coaching soccer, drinking craft beer, and spending time with his wife and two sons.
