Montquel Harris

Montquel Harris is a seasoned Senior Network Engineer with extensive experience in network administration and maintenance. Currently employed at E&M Technologies, Inc. since October 2022, Montquel oversees the monitoring and control of FlexPods supporting classified intelligence data for the Air Operations Center Weapon System. Previously, Montquel held similar responsibilities at The Select Group and has progressively advanced through roles at Knight Federal Solutions, AERMOR, Ferguson Enterprises, and Encompass Personnel Services, with a strong focus on network security and infrastructure. Montquel holds a Bachelor of Science in Network Operations and Security from Western Governors University and an Associate of Science in Business Administration from Thomas Nelson Community College.
