Scott Gay has over 24 years of extensive experience in military intelligence and counterintelligence roles. Currently serving as Operations Manager and Counterintelligence Foundry Instructor at E&M Technologies, Inc. since April 2011, Scott develops and instructs curricula for the Army's Counterintelligence training under the 902d Military Intelligence Group. Prior to this role, Scott held several positions at L-3 STRATIS, including Regional Manager and Senior Counterintelligence Support Specialist, where responsibilities included project management for intelligence services in Iraq and oversight of Counterintelligence Support Teams. Scott also served in the US Army from 1999 to 2007, culminating roles as Battalion Intelligence Officer and Platoon Sergeant, with a focus on intelligence operations and the training of personnel in Counterintelligence and HUMINT. Scott earned an Associate of Science degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Excelsior University between 2018 and 2019.
