Steve Mayhew

Steve Mayhew has a diverse work experience that spans over several decades. Steve started their career in the United States Army in 1983 and served for 20 years, retiring in 2003. During their time in the Army, they gained expertise in Special Operations Forces, Communications, and Intelligence and Electronic Warfare.

After retiring from the Army, Mayhew joined Lockheed Martin IS&GS in 2003. Steve held various senior executive positions within the company, including LM IS&GS Defense Director and Certified Capture and Program Management Director. In these roles, they demonstrated proficiency in Department of Defense policy formulation and execution, strategic planning, human resources, contract management, and leadership for small, medium, and large organizations. Steve also managed full life cycle software development for large integrated DoD systems.

In 2014, Mayhew transitioned to E&M Technologies, Inc. as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. In this role, they brought their extensive military and industry experience to contribute to the company's operations and growth.

Steve Mayhew completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Government and Politics at the University of Maryland from 1995 to 1999. Steve then pursued a Masters degree in Program Management and Leadership at Webster University from 2006 to 2009. In addition to their formal education, Steve obtained several certifications including the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) in 2009, the Program Management Development Program (PMDP) in 2008, the Project Management Professional (PMP) in 2010, and the Business Development Leadership Program (BDLP) in 2012, all obtained from Lockheed Martin.
