In addition to their formal education, Steve obtained several certifications including the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) in 2009, the Program Management Development Program (PMDP) in 2008, the Project Management Professional (PMP) in 2010, and the Business Development Leadership Program (BDLP) in 2012, all obtained from Lockheed Martin.
