Dale Nakashima

Dale Nakashima is currently the Divisional Process Automation and Controls Manager at E.B. Horsman & Son, where Dale leads a team of Business Developers and Technical Specialists to support and grow the Process, Automation, and Controls business in BC. Prior to their current role, Dale was the BC Automation Manager at westburne electric for over 15 years, where Dale managed a team of Product Managers and Technical Specialists to support and grow the Automation business in BC. Dale has a background in project management, engineering, programming, and commissioning, with experience at companies such as Rockwell Automation, Universal Dynamics (Andritz Automation), and Lafarge Cement. Dale holds education from British Columbia Institute of Technology and Simon Fraser University.
