Renee Lytle

Renee Lytle, CPA, MBA, ICD.D, has a diverse work experience. Renee currently serves as the Chairperson of Electro-Federation Canada (EFC) starting from May 2023. Before this role, they were an Executive Board Member from 2021 to 2023 and a Board Member from 2019 to 2021 at EFC.

In 1997, Renee started their tenure at E.B. Horsman & Son as the CFO, where they continue to work.

From an early stage in their career, Renee was involved in nonprofit organizations. At Seniors Come Share, they served as the Chairperson from 2009 to 2014.

Renee's accounting background can be traced back to their role as an Accountant at Neptune Foods from 1994 to 1997.

Renee Lytle, CPA, MBA, ICD.D has an extensive education history. Renee completed their Bachelor of Arts in Economics at The University of British Columbia from 1986 to 1991. Following this, they pursued a CGA degree from 1991 to 1997. In 2007, they obtained their MBA in Executive Management from Royal Roads University. In 2012, they completed the Family Advisor Program at UBC Sauder School of Business. Most recently, in 2023, they attended the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management to complete the Institute of Corporate Directors Education Program (DEP).
