Muhammad U. Siddiqi, DASM, PMP, PgMP, PfMP

Muhammad U. Siddiqi has extensive work experience spanning several industries and roles.

Starting in 1995 at Crescent Software Products PLC, Siddiqi worked as a Senior Software Engineer, delivering various applications for American Express Bank, including Y2K compliance, credit card membership rewards management, and travel ticketing stocks management. Additionally, they developed multimedia apps for computer-based training and Quality Assurance of interactive TV apps for Time Warner Cable.

In 1999, Siddiqi joined CresSoft, Inc. as a Senior Software Engineer and later became an Account Manager. Muhammad U. managed multi-million dollar B2C ecommerce projects and specialized in process reengineering for ISO 900X certification, focusing on requirements analysis and scope management.

In 2001, Siddiqi co-founded a startup called e-BizSoft, Inc. where they served as Chief Architect, Director of Product Development, and later as Vice President of Services. At e-BizSoft, Siddiqi developed and launched various products, including inventory and purchasing software, specialized ERP consulting services, and gas station c-store management software. Muhammad U. also managed IT portfolios and programs worth hundreds of millions of dollars in industries such as supply chains, manufacturing, healthcare, telecommunications, and financial services. These programs involved enterprise resource planning, material requirements planning, global supply chain integration, logistics management, cloud infrastructure deployment, and more.

From 2005 to 2007, Siddiqi worked as the Director of Professional Services at e-BizSoft and managed ERP services for telecom industry clients, such as Metromedia Fiber Network and AboveNet Communications. Key programs included Microsoft Dynamics ERP implementation, enterprise fixed asset and inventory valuation, network carrier services procurement and provisioning, and regulatory compliance support.

Currently, Siddiqi continues to serve as the Vice President of Services at e-BizSoft, where they head the ERP services business unit and manages IT portfolios and programs across various industries.

Muhammad U. Siddiqi has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in General Management from Southeast Missouri State University. Muhammad U. also holds a Bachelor of Computer Science (BCS) degree in Computer Science from the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences. In addition to their formal education, Muhammad U. Siddiqi has obtained several certifications, including the Disciplined Agile® Scrum Master™ (DASM) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI). Muhammad U. is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Program Management Professional (PgMP) from PMI. Muhammad U. Siddiqi is a Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP) as well. Muhammad U. has received various professional certificates, such as the PredictionX X Series Certificate from Harvard University, the Leadership and Communication Professional Certificate from Harvard University, and the Leading in a Remote Environment Professional Certificate from Harvard University. Muhammad U. Siddiqi has also obtained certifications in Results-Based Project Management from IADB, Essential Technologies for Business from IBM, FinTech from The University of Hong Kong, Agile Project Management from the University of Maryland, and ITIL® V3 Foundation and PRINCE2® 2009 Foundation from APMG-International. Additionally, Muhammad U. Siddiqi has completed a Certificate in Project Management from UCLA Extension and has received certifications in HIPAA Awareness for Business Associates and HIPAA Security from HIPAA Training.
