Maheshwari Dhayanandan

Maheshwari Dhayanandan serves as the VP of Product & Manufacturing Quality and Manufacturing Engineering at e-con Systems since March 2005, where leadership focuses on product quality, reliability, and automation of the production pipeline. Previously, Maheshwari was the Head of SOM & PDS, Manufacturing, overseeing system on module launches and managing revenue generation and P&L for the business unit. As the founder of the Hardware Engineering and Manufacturing team at e-con Systems, Maheshwari developed several market-ready products and established a manufacturing operations team that successfully shipped products to markets in the US and Europe. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Hardware Engineer at Emuzed/Flextronics, where four AV products were developed, and as a member of the technical staff at GDA Technologies, specializing in embedded product design and development. Maheshwari holds an Executive Program in Communication Strategies from the Indian Institute of Management, a Master's in Software Systems from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, and a Bachelor's in Electronics & Communication from Bharathiar University.
