Michael Allen

Michael Allen is a seasoned materials technician with extensive experience in the construction and geotechnical sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Materials Technician at E Construction Ltd. since May 2016, Michael provides support to superintendents and project managers while conducting aggregate pit investigations. Previous roles include Quality Control Analyst at DGS Astro Paving, Project Manager and Health and Safety Advisor at Parkland Geotechnical Consulting, and a series of positions at E Construction Ltd. from 2001 to 2011. Michael's career began as a Junior Asphalt Materials Technologist at Everall Construction Ltd., advancing through various technical roles in materials technology. Michael's educational background includes a National Construction Safety Officer certification and degrees in math, English, and physics from Red Deer Polytechnic and Red Deer College, along with vocational training in automotive technology.
