Conal Charles, MBA, CSM has a diverse work experience in various roles within the technology and logistics industry.

Starting in 2006, Conal worked at Muzak LLC as an Application Systems Analyst Intern. From 2007 to 2009, they joined Manhattan Associates as a Business Analyst.

In 2009, Conal moved to Hewlett Packard Enterprise where they served as a Business Analyst/Project Manager. Conal played a key role in projects such as SCOUT, a tool for tracking deliveries and triggering revenue recognition, and the migration of customers and business to a new order management system.

In 2018, Conal joined XPO Logistics, Inc. as a Product Manager. Conal was part of the team that developed the Last Mile solution called Connect LM, which revolutionized home delivery services. Conal designed a dynamic routing solution that handled over 20,000 stops daily on more than 1000 routes in the US and Canada.

In 2021, Conal became the Director of Product, Customer Experience at FarEye. Conal contributed to the growth of the Intelligent Delivery Management Platform, securing $100 million in Series E funding. Conal worked with renowned businesses like HelloFresh, Dominos, and Electrolux to enhance their delivery services and customer experience.

Currently, Conal Charles is the Head of Product at e-Courier Software, starting in 2022.

Conal Charles completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering at the University of Mumbai in 2001. Conal then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Computer Information Systems at the North Carolina State University - College of Management from 2005 to 2007.

Additionally, Conal Charles obtained a certification as a Certified ScrumMaster from the Scrum Alliance in March 2018.
