Joseph P. Havey

Joseph P. Havey is currently the CEO of E-cube. Joseph has over 25 years of experience in the field of real estate, including development, engineering, construction, asset management, and disaster recovery. Joseph has held senior positions at Lehman Brothers, Johnson Controls, Hines, Reliance Development Group Inc., Amerimar Enterprises, and Spectrum Real Estate/Larken Development. In their current role, they are responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's operations.

Joseph P. Havey's educational career includes: an adjunct professorship in real estate finance and construction management at the University of Denver's Burns School of Real Estate and Construction Management; a master's degree in real estate finance and construction management from the University of Denver's Daniels College of Business; professional real estate designation from the Building Owners and Managers Institute (BOMI) in Real Property Administrator (RPA), Facility Manager Administrator (FMA), Systems Maintenance Administrator (SMA); a bachelor's degree in finance and business administration with a minor in communications from Regis University; an associate's degree in general studies from the Community College of Denver; a technical management degree from Metropolitan State University of Denver; and an automotive degree from Denver Automotive and Diesel College. Joseph also holds a certification from the Association of Energy Engineers as a Certified Energy Manager.
