Michael Syslo, PE, MBA, currently serves as Project Superintendent at E.E. Cruz & Company, Inc., overseeing significant construction projects including the Rebuild by Design – Hudson River Project, featuring extensive floodwall construction and park renovations. With a robust background in civil engineering, Michael has managed diverse projects encompassing utility installation, bridge rehabilitation, and sitework improvements across various scales and complexities. Previous roles spanned estimator and assistant superintendent positions with leading firms, including Skanska and Turner Construction Company, where Michael contributed to high-profile projects such as the LaGuardia Airport redevelopment. Michael holds an MBA from Zicklin School of Business and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Villanova University.
