Lynette Kapoor

Lynette Kapoor has over a decade of experience in human resources, currently serving as Sr. Manager – People Experience at e-Emphasys since December 2010, focusing on recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, and mobility. Prior to this role, Lynette worked as an HR Executive at TERA Informatics, Pvt. Ltd. from August 2006 to December 2010, where responsibilities included recruitment, performance appraisals, and mobility. Academically, Lynette holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Development from Indira Gandhi National Open University and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Mumbai.
