Melanie Nicolson is an experienced human resources professional with a robust career spanning several organizations since 1996. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of People Experience Business Partner at Electronic Arts (EA) since October 2018, Melanie has previously held various HR leadership roles including Director of Human Resources at Keating Consulting Group and Senior HR Business Partner positions at Nomura International and First State Investments. Melanie's expertise encompasses employee relations, HR consulting, and people practices, supported by dual Bachelor's degrees in Commerce (Human Resources and Marketing) and Science (Information Technology and Statistics) from Deakin University.
