Ahmed Galal

Ahmed Galal has over 10 years of experience in the NOC and banking fields, currently serving as the SOC & NOC Manager at e-finance since June 2008, with previous roles including Deputy Manager for both SOC/NOC and ATM/e-payment operations. Responsibilities have included managing ATM service operations to ensure high availability and quality customer service. Prior to e-finance, Ahmed worked at the Egyptian American Bank (EAB) from January 2007 to February 2008 in various positions related to ATM and services monitoring. Ahmed is pursuing a postgraduate degree in Information Systems at the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport, following a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Cairo University.
