Martin Heuschkel has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Martin began their career at Danzas, where they worked as the Leiter Telekommunikation for six years. Martin then joined IKI Consultants AG, where they served as the Managing Partner for five years. Following that, Martin worked as the CIO at Swissmetal Industries AG for four years and later became the Geschäftsführer at Swissmetal Design Solutions AG for four years. Martin then took on the role of CEO at HAKAMA AG for four years before transitioning to INFORS HT, where they served as the CTO for four years. Martin also worked as the VRP at EMHC AG and later became the Geschäftsführer for the same company. Martin held these positions for an overall period of ten years. Martin also worked as an Expert for Innosuisse for about a year and founded Power Grid Navigators. Currently, they are the CEO of E-Force One AG since March 2023.

- In 1988, they obtained their Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Nachrichtentechnik und Elektronik from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW.
- In 2006, they pursued an EMBA in General Management at the University of Bern.
- During the same year, they also earned an MBA in Finance from the University of Rochester - Simon Business School.
- In 2016, they pursued a CAS in General Management für Verwaltungsräte from the University of Bern.
