Carla Cianfriglia is currently the Chief Human Resources and Organization Officer at E-GAP, the first urban, mobile, and on-demand charging operator for electric vehicles (EV). With a strong background in HR and organizational management, Carla has held significant roles at companies such as Octo Telematics, Barclays Bank, AstraZeneca, Pfizer, and Reconta Ernst & Young. She has a diverse educational background, including degrees in Economics, Risk Based Organization, HR Organization, and People Management. Throughout her career, Carla has demonstrated expertise in organizational restructuring, change management, and merger and acquisition planning.
