Oleksandr Kozlov works at the e-Governance Academy as a senior Expert on eID within the EU4DigitalUA project.
He provides support to the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine and other interested parties on further development of the digital identification system and trust services. He is responsible for delivering respective recommendations on electronic trust services with a view to a possible agreement based on an approximation to the EU legislation and standards.
Oleksandr has over three years of experience in governmental bodies of Ukraine, working on the implementation of complex digitisation projects, European integration, strategic planning, monitoring and evaluation. He coordinated a cross-border eSignature pilot between Ukraine and Estonia, creating technological opportunities for e-signing between EU member states and a third country.
Oleksandr holds a Master’s degree in International Business Law obtained from the University of Ghent. He also has a Master’s Degree in Law obtained from the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
