Piret Hirv

Piret Hirv is a seasoned professional in healthcare technology and management, currently serving as a Senior Expert at e-Governance Academy since August 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Health Tech Manager and Connected Health Cluster Manager at Tallinn Science Park Tehnopol, where Piret focused on digital transformation and change management within healthcare. With extensive experience in developing eHealth policy programs during a tenure at the Ministry of Social Affairs, Piret has established vital networks for export and cross-border collaboration. Additional roles include board membership at GL Pharma Eesti OÜ and the Estonian Roundtable for Development Cooperation, alongside serving as an advisor in innovation and e-services for healthcare at the Ministry of Social Affairs. Piret holds multiple degrees including a Bachelor's in Economics, two Master's degrees in Healthcare Technology and Communication, and is currently pursuing further studies at the University of Tartu.
