Rohit Rathnakumar (He/Him)

​Rohit Rathnakumar is deeply passionate about building businesses that grow with purpose and deliver meaningful results. As the Business Head – Growing Medium Solutions at EID Parry, he leads a high-potential vertical. In this role, he is responsible for driving the go-to-market strategy, scaling the growing media business, and enhancing the EBITDA performance of the biofuel portfolio through structured operational excellence programs.

​With over five years of experience, Rohit has gained diverse expertise across Sales, Strategy, and Transformation. His career began in Business Intelligence at Tata Consultancy Services, followed by leading sales performance initiatives at Whirlpool. He then moved on to shaping CXO-level strategies at Brakes India, and currently, he is focused on driving business outcomes at the intersection of agriculture and sustainability. Each of these roles has honed his ability to navigate ambiguity, align diverse teams, and make strategic decisions that significantly impact performance.

​Rohit holds an MBA from NMIMS Mumbai and a bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering from Anna University, one of India’s top-ranked engineering colleges. His professional journey has also included collaborations with global teams from Europe and Japan, experiences that have underscored the importance of cross-cultural collaboration and long-term strategic thinking.
