Craig Parker has extensive experience in the technology field, currently serving as a Senior Desktop Support Analyst at E Ink Corporation since September 2014. As the Owner/Operator of Craig Parker PC Tech since January 1998, Craig has consistently engaged with new technologies, building custom computers and gaining hands-on expertise through disassembling and rebuilding PCs over 15 years. Previous roles include Senior Deskside Technician at Textron Systems, where Craig managed desktop and laptop deployments, and Sales Manager/Operations Manager at Staples, overseeing technology sales and repair services. Craig also held leadership positions at Target and Home Depot, demonstrating strong project management and operational improvement skills. Educational qualifications include an Associate's degree in Computer Networking from FCCJ and a Certificate in Electronic Technology from St. Augustine Tech Center.
