Vidhya Sagar R has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Vidhya Sagar started their career as a Project Manager at TAKRAF Group in 2012, where they were responsible for contract study, creating purchase orders, and submitting general arrangement drawings for customer approval. Vidhya Sagar then transitioned into the IT field and worked as a Cloud Engineer at Inodevision Technology Pvt Ltd from November 2020 to September 2021. In this role, they gained experience in cloud architecture and engineering. In 2022, they joined Mindcloudz Innovation Private Limited as a Cloud Architecture Consultant, where they automated various AWS components and created alarms and notifications using Cloud Watch. Currently, they are working as a US IT Recruiter at E-IT, where they are responsible for the complete recruitment cycle and sourcing resumes for clients.

Vidhya Sagar R pursued their Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree in Thermal Engineering from Anna University, where they studied from 2007 to 2011.
