Justin Bauer

Justin Bauer has extensive experience in management and operations, currently serving as General Manager and previously in various managerial roles at EJ Welch Company since August 2019. Justin also owns Dream Come True/Foreward Movement Music, specializing in DJ services, music production, and event planning since November 1998. Prior to these roles, Justin worked at Southland Flooring Supplies, contributing as a Customer Service Representative and Sales Representative from 2001 to 2019. Earlier career experience includes HVAC installation and service at Professional Plumbing Heating & Cooling and delivering for White Cottage Pizzeria. Justin holds a certificate in Heating, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration Technology from ETI School of Skilled Trades and a general education degree from Elk Grove High School.
