Ricardo Paredes

Ricardo Paredes is an experienced organizational consultant and coach with a diverse background in leadership and management training. Currently serving as a consultant at Kovacs SPA, Ricardo has also contributed to Automotriz Coseche and Americar as an organizational coach, focusing on change management and feedback tools. With a long tenure at Keylogistics S.A. as a consultant and trainer, and as the director of Rypaconsultores, Ricardo emphasizes skill development and facilitation of learning processes.
