Barrett Brown-Fried serves as the Consulting Director of Creative Visual Merchandising at Sol de Janeiro, leading initiatives across retail, brand experience, and experiential design in the Americas region. Previous experience includes the role of AVP and Global Creative Director at E.L.F. BEAUTY, where Barrett oversaw visual merchandising strategies, and Executive Director at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., managing design teams for store and packaging projects. Barrett has also contributed to PepsiCo and Starbucks in design leadership roles, focusing on brand experiences and flagship store concepts. Academic experience includes teaching at Pratt Institute and roles in architectural design with Rockwell Group and Ennead Architects LLP. Barrett holds a Master's in Advanced Architectural Design from Columbia University and has pursued executive education at The Wharton School.
