Carly Francis

Carly Francis is an experienced marketing and product development professional currently serving as the Innovation Product Marketing Manager at E.L.F. BEAUTY since July 2021. Prior to this role, Carly held the position of Manager of Product Development & Marketing at Glow Recipe from May 2018 to July 2021, overseeing the launch of 14 Glow Recipe products and 15 Sweet Chef products. Earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Manager in Marketing & Product Development and Marketing and Content Intern at Glow Recipe, where Carly directed successful campaigns and contributed to product development. Additional internships include roles at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., HATCHBEAUTY, and Michelle Phan's RiceBunny Studios, where Carly engaged in content creation, product comparisons, and assisted in video production. Carly holds a BFA from the University of Michigan and participated in a study abroad program at Central Saint Martins in London.
