Caitlin LaClair currently serves as the Director of Sensory & Consumer Sciences at Keurig Dr Pepper Inc., a position held since October 2018, following roles as Senior Manager of Research & Development and R&D Senior Manager for Packaging Innovation. Prior experience includes a tenure at Keurig Green Mountain, Inc. as a Manager of Research & Development and Scientist IV, where significant contributions were made in productivity program structuring and project implementation.
