Joshua Franks is an experienced operations and supply chain executive with a strong background in enhancing business efficiencies and driving growth. Currently serving as SVP Operations at e.l.f. Cosmetics since January 2020, Joshua previously held the position of SVP Operations & Supply Chain at Kite Hill, where significant advancements in operational structure and capacity were achieved. Joshua's experience also includes roles as VP Operations & Supply Chain at Raybern Quality Foods, where a substantial increase in gross margin was realized, and Director of Demand Planning at Del Monte Foods, focusing on integrated business planning. Joshua began the career as a Consultant at Accenture and has held various management positions at NCSU Supply Chain Resource Cooperative, RMC Carolina Materials, and Thomas Concrete, Inc. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Operations Management and Supply Chain Management from North Carolina State University.
