Swapna Nair

Swapna Nair is an experienced professional in operations and customer service, currently serving as Head (SVP) Operations and Customer Service at Ashv Finance since August 2015. In this role, Swapna is responsible for managing all operational aspects of the business, focusing on strategic planning, process improvement, and enhancing customer experience. Prior to Ashv Finance, Swapna held various managerial positions in credit analysis, including Senior Manager Credit at Bank of Baroda and Kotak Mahindra Bank, as well as Area Credit Manager at GE Money and Credit Manager at ICICI Bank. Swapna's educational background includes a Cost Accountant degree from the Institute of Cost and Work Accountants of India and an MBA in Finance from CR Institute of Management Bhopal University.
