Nicole Nichols

Nicole Nichols is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations and fulfillment. Currently serving as the Director of Fulfillment at e.l.f. Cosmetics since January 2012, Nicole leads a team focused on order processing for various accounts, including mass merchandisers and international distributors, while collaborating with Sales Planning to optimize demand fulfillment. Prior experience includes a consulting role at Toshiba Logistics America, Inc. and a lengthy tenure at Toshiba America Consumer Products, LLC, where Nicole held multiple positions including Senior Sales Operations Manager, overseeing product allocation across North America and managing relationships with major retailers. Nicole's extensive industry knowledge is complemented by educational backgrounds from Berkely School of Business and Ramapo College of New Jersey.
