Prenisha Harry

Prenisha Harry is an accomplished HR professional with extensive leadership experience in various industries. Currently serving as the Senior People Director at E.L.F. BEAUTY, Prenisha also founded and directs Leap HR UK Ltd. Previously, Prenisha held the position of Global HR Director and Chief People Officer at MATCHES, where significant organizational changes were navigated while managing a team of 15 HR specialists. As HR Director at Pandora, Prenisha facilitated a pivotal transition from a wholesaler to an omnichannel retailer, contributing to the UK and Global HR leadership teams. Earlier experience includes leading HR at Linda Farrow to support international expansion. Prenisha holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Managerial Accounting from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
