Adam Reed

Adam Reed has a strong background in the restaurant industry. Adam began their career in 2002 as a Manager at Trios Grille and Wine Bar. In 2004, they moved on to The Kitchen, where they worked as a General Manager until 2007. At that point, they joined Big Red F Restaurant Group as an Executive Manager for Jax Fish House Restaurants. In 2011, they took on the role of Director of Operations for Jax Fish House & Oyster Bar, and also became the Senior Director of People Development for the Big Red F Restaurant Group. Adam has remained with these positions since then.

Adam Reed attended Northwestern University from 1994 to 1995. However, it is not specified if they obtained a degree or pursued a specific field of study during their time there. Following this, they enrolled at the University of Colorado Boulder, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Environmental, Population, and Organismic Biology from 1995 to 1999.
